Because each artwork is made by hand, we are currently unable to process returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review all details before making a purchase, and contact nataliamcguffeeart@gmail.com with any questions prior to ordering.

If your product arrives damaged, please send an email with your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of both the item and the packaging to initiate a replacement.

Replacement Details:

 

Original Paintings: If an original painting arrives damaged, a replacement will be made. However, please note that since each piece is custom and unique, the replacement may have slight differences in color, texture, or detail.

Prints: If a print is damaged, we will replace it with the same item, if available. If the original print is unavailable, you can choose a different item of the same value.

All damage claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving the artwork. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
